What happens if a client has a claim?

If for any reason the product that was purchased does not conform to the description, or should the quality of the goods not be as described, then the client has the right to return this item within 14 days of receipt of the goods, telling us the reason for his claim.

The client has the option to request a return the money back or to leave it on the account as credit for new purchases.
