LOGES A L’ORIENT DE PARIS - LOGES PARISIENNES CLEMENCE ROYER n.d. INÉDIT aluminium Obverse : R :. L :. EN : Marc Labouret states: “This lodge owes its distinctive title to an exceptional woman, a pioneering feminist, translator, and propagandist of Darwin. She was one of the founders of the obedience. The reverse is found at Effort, at Saint-Cloud (dated 1906), and at Vernon.” The legend RL means Respectable Lodge. But this is a typographical error due to the engraver’s ignorance; Droit Humain is the name of the Obedience, Clémence ROYER is the name of the Lodge. Missing at Labouret!
