Cancellation Policy

There is no right of withdrawal for bullion/investor gold coins. The purchase is legally binding. In case of joke purchases we reserve the right to enforce indemnity claims!

In case of joke purchases (of bullion gold coins for example), nonpayment without explanation or response to any reminder e-mails an automatic ban for this shop is the consequence. Furthermore, a warning message is sent to MA-Shops which usually leads to a general ban for the portal as well as to a warning message conveyed to the connected and associated coin trading organizations.
