МАРКИ ОФИЦЕРСКИХ СОБРАНИЙ (КОНЕЦ ХIХ – НАЧАЛО ХХ ВЕКА). Появление офицерских (военных) собраний в последней четверти ХIХ в. являлось прямым следствием общегосударственных и военных реформ того времени. Офицерские собрания были узаконены появлением “Устава офицерских собраний”, утвержденного 12 октября 1874 г. С момента выхода этого документа и до 1914 г. было выпущено еще несколько Узаконений, касающихся офицерских собраний: “Положение об офицерских собраниях в отдельных частях войск” (1884 г.), Устав от 12 декабря 1897 г., Положение от 3 декабря 1903 г., Положение от 7 марта 1914 г.
Для расчетов за питание офицеры пользовались специально выпускаемыми для этой цели марками. На территории Смоленщины сохранились металлические марки, применявшиеся с целью расчетов. Известны марки 1-го пехотного Невского Его Величества короля Эллинов полка. Полк сформирован в 1706 г., дислоцировался в г. Рославле. Первоначальным шефом полка являлся генерал-фельдмаршал граф Ласси. Все известные марки этого полка латунные, круглые, диаметром около 28 мм, номиналы – 10, 50 копеек и 1 рубль. Помимо надписей, на марках изображен коронованный вензель из двух скрещенных букв Г и цифрой 1 под ними (означавший шефа полка греческого короля Георга I). Марки хранятся в Государственном Историческом музее в Москве и в частных коллекциях.

To pay for the power used by officers specially manufactured for this purpose marks. On the territory of Smolensk preserved metal stamps that were used for the calculation. Known brand of the 1st Infantry Nevsky His Majesty King Hellenes Regiment. The regiment was formed in 1706, was stationed in Roslavl. The original regiment was chief Field Marshal Earl Lassie. All the famous brands of the regiment brass, round, with a diameter of about 28 mm, par - 10, 50 cents and 1 ruble. In addition to the inscriptions on the stamps depicts the crowned monogram of two crossed letters T and the number 1 under them (signifying chief Regiment Greek King George I). Brand stores in the State Historical Museum in Moscow and in private collections.
