All NGC and PMG graded and certified items are 100% guaranteed authentic and accurately graded, based on expert third-party evaluation. These items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

NGC and PMG are independent industry-leading companies specializing in authentication, grading, and preservation of coins and banknotes.

Shipping & Handling

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands, typically within 48 hours after receiving full payment. Please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, but are usually:

• 5 to 25 working days for standard delivery

• Registered mail may take slightly longer

• Customs delays are beyond our control

Please note: we are not responsible for postal or customs delays in the destination country.

Return Policy

• All NGC and PMG certified items are non-returnable.

• All other items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, credit, or exchange – provided they are returned in their original condition.

• Coins must remain in their original holders; items returned damaged, altered, or incomplete cannot be accepted.

• Lots are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and must be insured for the full value.

• Original shipping costs are only refunded in case of misdescription or authenticity issues.

Availability & Order Acceptance

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon publication.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in EURO (€).

• Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

• Payment is due within 10 days after order confirmation unless agreed otherwise.
