Slovenia BU Set - 1 cent to 2 euros - 2007

This numismatic set presents a complete series of Slovenian euro coins, minted in 2007. The set includes all eight denominations, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros.

Each coin is struck with Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality, which means they have a particular shine and a striking quality superior to that of ordinary circulating coins. The coins are presented in a specially designed case to protect and showcase them.

The 1, 2, and 5 cent coins depict a star sower. On the 10, 20, and 50 cent coins, you'll find Mount Triglav, Slovenia's iconic peak, and a representation of the Cancer constellation. The 1 euro coin features the portrait of Primož Trubar, a key figure in the Protestant Reformation in Slovenia and a major contributor to the written Slovenian language.

The 2 euro coin features the portrait of the poet France Prešeren and a verse from his poem "Zdravljica", which is also the Slovenian national anthem. All coins feature the twelve stars of the European flag.

The year of issue, 2007, appears on each coin. This set is a testament to Slovenia's commitment to the European Union and its participation in the Eurozone.
