5000 Francs ATMOSPHERE Planet Earth and Climate Zones 1/500 Oz Gold Coin 3000 Francs Chad 2020 Prooflike

This exceptional 1/500 Oz Gold coin is part of the "Planet Earth and Climate Zones" series, a journey through the forces that shape our planet. This edition explores the Atmosphere. Layer after layer. From the air we breathe to the threshold of space. The Earth rises beneath a scientific diagram tracing the Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Thermosphere and Exosphere, while aircraft, meteors and a spacecraft reveal the changing world above us. A blue circular accent crosses the composition like the fragile boundary protecting life below. Polished to a luminous Proof Like finish in .999 Gold. The coin comes in a presentation box with its Certificate of Authenticity. Limited to 50.000 pieces worldwide. The reverse of this Gold coin presents the structure of Earth's atmosphere as a journey upward from the planet's surface into space. At the bottom, the globe anchors the composition, while a sequence of curved bands separates the principal atmospheric layers. Aircraft, falling celestial bodies and a spacecraft appear at different heights, illustrating the transition from the lower atmosphere to the edge of space. A blue circular accent surrounds the scientific composition, contrasting against the brilliant Gold surface. On the reverse, the inscriptions: "ATMOSPHÄRE" - the theme of the coin, "TROPOSPHÄRE ~ 15KM", "OZONSCHICHT", "STRATOSPHÄRE ~ 50KM", "MESOSPHÄRE ~ 80KM", "THERMOSPHÄRE ~ 500KM" and "EXOSPHÄRE" - the atmospheric layers represented in the design, and "999 FINE GOLD" - the fineness of the Gold. The common obverse features the Coat of Arms of Chad, flanked by its heraldic supporters. All around, the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD" - the issuing country, "2020" - the year of issue, and "3000 FRANCS CFA" - the face value
