This exceptional Silver coin is a hymn to the Aero L-39 Albatros. One of the most recognizable jet trainers in the world. A legend of the skies. Born in Czechoslovakia at the twilight of the '60s. It came to train the next generation, replacing the L-29 Delfín for Warsaw Pact air forces. A triumph of engineering, etched into the ranks of the most successful jet trainers. The coin features an optical viewing element, visible from both sides. It replicates the aircraft's artificial horizon. Strike it with a laser, and two Albatros silhouettes slice the wall, as if the metal itself could remember flight. The coin is sealed in a capsule with its Certificate of Authenticity. Only 3.000 pieces in the world. The reverse of this Silver coin breathes the fury of flight. Designed by academic sculptor Zbyněk Fojtů. Two L-39 Albatros jets soar the sky in formation. Below, an innovative optical lens, shaped like an aircraft's artificial horizon. On the reverse, also the inscriptions: "AERO L39" – the name of the coin, and "2025" – the year of issue. The obverse offers another view of the aircraft, this time from the front. Together with a section of the cockpit dashboard, featuring three instruments. The central one being the same optical artificial-horizon lens. On the obverse, also the inscriptions: "ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA" – the issuing country, and "500 Kč" – the face value.
