Price offer

You can use this feature when you find this option of 'Price Offer' in the item view and when you are registered with a user name and password. You must be logged in to send a price offer to the seller.  The seller can accept or reject this offer, or make a counter proposal. When the seller accepts the offer, the item will be reserved and an E-Mail will be sent to the customer with the payment details of the seller.
