The Right of Refusal (according to the legislative decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206). This law foresees several regulations: the client who is not satisfied with his purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days, which starts from the receipt day of the goods. This right is only valid for a retail customer, not a retailer or titleholder of a VAT number. The retail customer may exercise this right by sending a written confirmation by fax or e-mail. Any such communication must be followed up within 48 hours, time limit, by a registered letter of confirmation return signature. All the costs incurred for restitution of the objects are expressly the responsibility of the customer who must send back the goods by his own courier. The transport risks are also an integral part of the buyer's responsibility. All the articles subject to 'Right of Refusal' must be returned in the same condition and packing as they were sold; if this is not the observed the refusal claim will not be valid. If these conditions are met Moruzzi Numismatica will refund the customer within the legal terms, 30 days from the date the customer announced his wish to terminate the contract. Moruzzi Numismatica will credit the refund by bank, the client must communicate bank details (IBAN, BIC, Swift, A/c nr.). To receive the refund the bank account must be in the name of the buyer on the original invoice.
A regular invoice will issued for every transaction; Italian customers must fill in the 'codice fiscale' , Italian and European Union companies must supply VAT numbers.
Any legal controversy arising shall be determined in Rome.
