Stuiver geslagen te Middelburg met klop B7 "Wapen van Zeeland, zwemmende leeuw" Op 16 mei 1687 werd per plakkaat bepaald 'alle goede en gangbare Zeeuwsche stuivers te laten inslaan met een klein Zeeuwsch leeuwtje, ter zijde, op dezelfde zijde, daar het Zeeuwsche wapen gemunt staat, en welke alzoo gemerkte Zeeuwsche stuivertjes dan ook maar alleen, behalve de ordinaire bezemstuivertjes, gangbaar zullen zijn'.
Deze munten circuleerden ook in het Nederlands-Indisch gebied als zilver betaalmiddel.
Recent (6 april 2023) is er een exemplaar van dit muntje geveild voor €3200,- exclusief 23% opgeld (Schulman B.V. veiling 374 lot nummer 592)
