1. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.

3. We do not take back coins graded by NGC or PCGS.

 

4. Every coin you see on our shop is the exact coin you are buying.

 

5. You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. The receiver is responsible for the safe arrival of the package to us. If the package does not return to us or is damaged, there will be no refund.

6. The costs for insurance and shipping will be charged at cost.

 

7. Delay occurs on our side only if the promised delivery time has been exceeded by more than three weeks.

11. Orders must be paid within 5 working days, if not your order will be cancelled.

 

12. From the moment the courier makes a delivery attempt and you are not home or your address is inaccessible, we are no longer responsible for the insurance of your package.
